Shipping policy

Sunnys™ partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, DHL and UPS who work with local couriers - allowing us to ship direct to your door and proudly offer free shipping and returns.

TRACKING

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility. 

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email AND Whatsapp with the tracking number and shipment updates directly on the number you’ve provided during order placement.

For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES FOR PRODUCTS IN STOCK

We aim to deliver all our orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping time varies by location and region. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed. These are our estimates for your reference:

  • UAE: 1-2 working days

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES FOR PRE-ORDERS

Due to high demand, some items are may no longer available in our UAE warehouse. In these situation, are working hard to refill our UAE warehouse from our international warehouse as quickly as possible. You always have the option to pre-order in-transit products.

  • UAE: 7-9 working days

If you just received a shipment notification, please wait for the tracking information to update.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and delays may occur that are out of our control (e.g. due to weather conditions or customs clearance delays).

WRONG ADDRESS:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and bring for us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavor to resend a replacement order to you.

This is left to the discretion hello@sunnys.ae, however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund.

REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:

We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your location and the customer refuses to accept the package, we
 reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
